Description
Russian Mosin Nagant 91/30 hex receiver bolt action rifle in 7.62x54R caliber. This is an Izhevsk 91/30 Ex-Dragoon rifle with 1928 original receiver date. Has the Arrow in Triangle Izhevsk mark, the Hammer & Sickle in Wheat Wreath mark, and the electro-pencil FLP- ?/? (possible I/O or “40”) mark on receiver indicating capture by the Germans and refurbished at a Feldluftpark (Aviation Depot), and other proofs and acceptance marks. Has a very good bore with non-counterbored muzzle, and matching stamped numbers on barrel, bolt, buttplate, and mag base. Original finish post WWII stock has some scratches, dents, flaking varnish, and a few proofs and acceptance marks. Original serial 85845, import mark on receiver, C&R eligible.
