Colt 1911 .45 ACP caliber pistol. Savage Slide (S in flaming bomb). Correct Colt frame with Savage Slide. Slides were made by A.J. Savage Munitions Company. These slides are correct only on Colt frames. Bore is excellent. Gun has approximately 95% of a very even gray patina. In our opinion the gun was not parkerized. Hard to find Variant.
